Dear Brethren,

Pagbati ng Kapayapaan at Kagalakan ni Cristo Jesus!

Papuri at pasasalamat sa Panginoon para sa Kanyang pagpapala habang inihahanda natin ang ating sarili para sa mahalagang okasyong ito! Lubos na pasasalamat para sa ating mga leaders at general members para sa ating napakahalagang pakikilahok sa kaganapang ito na naghihintay sa ating lahat.

Habang nagpupuyos ang aming mga puso sa pag-asa, ibinabahagi namin ang mga huling paalala at update para maging ating gabay.

Manatili tayong nananalangin para sa tagumpay ng gawaing ito sa loob ng ating komunidad ng CFC Cavite, Sector 2.

PARKING
Please strictly follow the Parking Plan above. To better serve during and monitor the event, it is expected that only the Service Team and the Sector 2 group of leaders will park vehicles next to the venue premises.

REGISTRATION
Participants are asked to SCAN their CFC ID QR Code to record their attendance.
Note: You can get the QR code in the Members Portal You may also scan your personal Member’s Portal QR at the entrance or near the secretariat booth. Just look for the secretariat scanning QR codes for your attendance.

PROGRAM COMMITTEE

FOOD & DRINKS

We encourage everyone to bring their tumbler and G-Kit for sustainability and personal convenience. Even though the Covid-19 outbreak was lifted, we are still advised to not to get water anywhere, instead buy only from known brands.
Water dispensers will be provided for the performers and Service Team.
There will be vendors / concessionaires stationed within the venue premises. These sellers are also part and members of our CFC Community.
Please dispose of your garbage properly. Segregation is highly encouraged.

SECURITY REMINDERS

A “No CFC ID, No Entry” policy shall be strictly implemented at the venue.
Observe signages of entrance, exit, restricted area/no entry, and other reminders.
Always keep an eye of your valuables. The Sector group, the Service Team, the Barangay of Salawag, nor the Homeowners Association of the San Marino subdivision, shall not be held liable to any losses or damages of your personal belongings due to your negligence.

DO’s

Always wear CFC/ Family ministry ID at all times.
Please wear a facemask especially when you are not feeling well.
Bring your necessary personal medicines if you are under medication.
Maintain the cleanliness of the venue by disposing waste in the designated areas provided.

DON’T’s

Wearing Sando, shorts, sandals, or slippers are prohibited.
Bringing and carrying sharp and deadly objects are not allowed.
Pets (puppy, cat, etc.) are not allowed inside the session venue.
Seat reservation is not allowed.

MEDICAL REMINDERS

For medical assistance, please report to our Health Response station at the main venue.
Please bring your own basic medicines for travelling:
If you have an allergy or health problems, we advise that you bring your own personal medicines and maintenance.
We advise that each participant, especially those who have maintenance and pre-diagnosed medical condition, must prepare an anti-asthmatic medication, and/or your own handy nebulizer as this might not be readily available at the medical booth.
If you have history of syncope (fainting), bring white flower and hard candy or any first-aid medication that normally relieves you.
Also, for those who have history of hyperventilation, bring your own brown bags with you always.

OTHER IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Bring Umbrella/ Raincoat (as it might unexpectedly rain)
Prepare your heart, mind, and spirit for God’s messages at the AGW Launch 2024.
